As part of the journey of trying to plan the food Jono and Zab's birthday party, I tried out the cornbread with spicy tomato relish :) It worked out well and got Jono's seal of approval... he can't stop picking at it :p
This dish was chosen as part of the menu because it can be made in advance, suitable for vegetarians and doesn't require reheating!
